PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) relates to information that xFind Ltd. (“xFind” or “we” or “us”) will collect via responses to our ad on LinkedIn (the “Ad”). By submitting your information you confirms that you are legally able to contract and acknowledge that you have read, fully understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of xFind. If you do not meet these requirements or, if for any reason, you do not agree with all of the provisions and conditions of this Privacy Policy, you should refrain from providing us with any information.

We respect your privacy and are committed to keep and maintain this Privacy Policy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we collect, use, disclose, share and secure information you provide us via the Ad.

Note that the terms of use and privacy policy of LinkedIn may also apply to the Information (as defined below).

COLLECTED INFORMATION

You will be submitting your name, company information, and contact information (collectively, the “Information”) when responding to the Ad. 

We will retain the Information for so long as required by applicable law.

USE OF INFORMATION

We will use the Information according to this Privacy Policy and according to applicable law. You hereby permit xFind to maintain the Information and use it in order to: (i) contact you to set up a demo of the xFind product that assists support agents by automatically delivering the most relevant, updated information across all departments and knowledge bases, right to their screen; and (ii) contact you from time to time with marketing materials (whether with respect to new services, version updates, modifications or otherwise) and such other information as we may deem relevant from time to time. You my opt-out from receiving such notifications at any time by emailing xfind@xfind.ai .

INFORMATION TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

xFind will not transfer any personal Information, to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Information may be transferred to third parties such as contractors and service providers, assisting us with our marketing efforts, but only to the extent necessary for such service providers to perform their services.
  • Information may be transferred to third parties, following a judicial order, a verdict, a judicial decision, or any other lawful request made by an authorized authority.
  • Information may be transferred to be used in a legal dispute between us and user(s), which requires exposing personal details that we believe, in good faith, is necessary to be disclosed.
  • Information may be disclosed in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Information (if applicable), we may disclose Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants or lawful requests from government authorities served on us; or (b) protect or defend our rights, reputation or property.
  • We may sell/divest/transfer the company (including any shares in the company), or any combination of our products, services, assets and/or businesses. Information may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such Information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or a portion of xFind. 

DATA SECURITY

We implement up-to-date data security protocols and act in different ways to reduce the risk of unauthorized breaches. 

THE RIGHT TO REVIEW THE INFORMATION

You have the right to review information about you that we maintain and to the extent there is any of the Information is not true, incorrect, or not updated, can request that the Information will be fixed or deleted. Personal information will be delivered, according to the law, by demand.

Such demand should be sent through one of the following: (i) by an email at xfind@xfind.ai; or (ii) by mail to Incentive Incubator, Ariel University, Building 10, Ari'el 40700.

In addition, if the Information being kept in the database is being used to approach you personally, you have the right to demand, by emailing xfind@xfind.ai, that we cease to approach you personally.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this policy form time to time and in such case, will provide you a notice to such effect, which will include the date such changes will go into effect (which may be the same day). 

GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is subject to the laws of the State of Israel, without regards to its rules of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising under or in relation to this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to and resolved exclusively in the competent court for Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, and each of the parties hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
